Very nice, David! A perfect pose, ideal composition, great colors and detail plus a color coordinated, soft background. What more can you ask for?

Everything is spot on. I might long for a tiny bit more room on top. Nice.

Color, comp, detail pose, perch—it all works well. No nits from me!

Very good, David. I like your perch and the pose. Detail is excellent. My tendency is to go a bit darker on the blacks, but that could have been the light.

Great colors and elements in this image, David. I like the green surroundings which make the towhee pop. Nice work catching it on a perch rather than the ground where we usually find them.

The towhee looks sharp throughout, including a nice view of the tail feathers. I like the perch and background.

Even without the desired warm light, I love this image. Great perch and the bird stand out nicely from the BG. Detail and sharpness in the larger image are great. Congrats , Hans

Great to get this guy out in the open David, love the comp and detail. The head looks too light to me, I would change the black point to darken it.
