I love backlit fog and you have captured that very well here. The symmetry works well in the composition. Nicely done!

Positively soaked with atmosphere. Great job! A shame you couldn't add the sound to it.

What a peaceful scene here, Nick. No need to talk about the technical items on this one. It's truly all about the composition and the amazing mood here IMO......

AWESOME job of getting this foggy sunrise! There's even detail in the water in the FG! The comp and color and control of the brights is really good. Yes, I know someone said it's not about the techs, but it's the techs that allow the whole effect of a quiet morning to really come through. Super.
Yep, I used to live on a lake, and the sound of a loon has got to be one of the most beautiful sounds there is. Unfortunately, too many people moved in and the lake got too crowded for the loons....that's kinda why we moved away from there.

A very delicate image. I love the minimal detail -- just enough and where it is essential. The overall color palette is also very attractive.
This will make an awesome print.

A beautiful foggy sunrise, Nick. I can hear the loon calling just by looking at this. Your comp. is great.

Lovely colors and mood, and can almost feel the cool mist and hear the loon. Dripping with atmosphere.
