Taken this morning in partially overcast conditions.  The chickadees have been around all winter.  Along with Juncos, they make up a majority of the birds that I have been seeing over the last few months.  It appears that the spring migration is a little delayed here in the Pacific Northwest as I typically have more variety by the end of March.

Iso-250, 200-500 at 500 mm, F6 .3, 640th, -0.7 EV, fill flash at zero, D 500, tripod, Adobe camera raw 10.2, Topaz adjust, TK sharpening action at 40%

Very nice pose and good detail.  The perch makes a nice leading line.

I like the unique position of the BCC and the diagonal perch. Details are great as well as the background. Nice shot David.

I like this a natural pose and great detail.
I personally on overcast days prefer to use 400 ISO to give me a faster shooting time enlightened

I love the hanging-off-the-end pose and you got a sweet head turn, David.  Well done.

Sweet picture of this lil chickadee.  It's great that it's got a seed in its beak.
They are the main birds that I have around all year, but they really congregate around the birdfeeder in the winter.  In the summer they disappear into the woods although they show up regularly at the birdbath.

This is such a sweet shot David.  I love his perch and the BG is choice.
