That's some nasty weather Harry. Reminds me of some of the boats in the Seattle Washington area a few years back that took a lot of freezing rain and ended up capsizing some of them. Very dramatic.

Harry, this is indeed a story teller for me. The slightly cooler color temperature conveys the icy atmosphere in a convincing way to me. Furthermore, the diagonal stripes from the snow flakes make for interesting dynamics to my eye. I can feel like standing in the middle of this wintry scene.

Definitely exudes cold and nasty! Good job of catching that feeling in this, with the comp, the shutter speed, and the processing.
