Wow, what a fantastic mix of rock and painting. It's fun to speculate on the story, like the inclusion of the big bump in the person's belly and the six-fingered hand of the main character. I like the way the images are formed, and the colors make this very lively. I might clone out the lines in the bottom right corner as it looks like the artist's initials partially cut out!

Found it! It's the horns of the deer painted just below.
BTW, the round object near the stomach is not part of the painting. It's a depression in the surface of the wall. This is not a flat surface,
Six fingered hands are very common in paintings in the area. It's been suggested that this indicates that these people were not mere mortals,. They were 'more' than the rest of us.
