Quite the pair! A good look two of the folks important in making NPN what it is. Cheers, to both of you.

Eva, a neat portraiture here of you and Preston. Preston's California T-shirt is a bit of a novelty here with the Columbia location clearly marked on it too. Both sets of hiking boots are a give away that you're both ready for some photographic action also.
Glad to see you both taking a break here on this boardwalk or landing of some sort.

Thanks Mark and Paul. Guess I should have worn a New Hampshire shirt (but don't own one)!

Glad you all got to get together. I wanted to make the short 2 hr trip to meet up, but just couldn't swing it during the week. I wish I could have made it!
Thanks for posting Eva! Hope you had a good trip to the left coast here - despite the yucky conditions.

Eva, it was a great pleasure to meet you, and Joe! It was also a pleasure to show you around our little town and discuss many topics of mutual interest.
Next time you come to California, perhaps we will have time to wander up into the high country.
Note for Paul: This location is in front of the McConnell House. This is the house Cary Grant emerged from in High Noon.

How cool! Keeps me thinking that we need to organize some kind of NPN get-together...

Thanks Sandy. NPN is a great vehicle to meet other photographers in person. On our trip to Nova Scotia several years ago, I still remember the fox we met near Louisbourg Lighthouse and of course I did not get a good shot since I was on my landscape settings but you nailed it!

The beauty and genius of a work of art may be reconceived, though its first material expression be destroyed; a vanished harmony may yet again inspire the composer; but when the last individual of a race of living beings breathes no more, another heaven and another earth must pass before such a one can be again.
