I really love the colors here, Eva. I'd be tempted to crop out the black patch in the middle left of the frame. It really grabs attention. Wonderful abstract!

It looks good enough to jump in. I take it you wouldn't advise it. Didn't know you had a wee Fuji XT-1. Love mine.

Another nice one, Eva. You have a nice series showing the amazing colors and shapes of the unique geothermal areas of YNP. This one is interesting because it looks, of course, like it was taken in the arctic.

Yes, Eva, Yellowstone offers loads of abstract possibilities with all of the colors and shapes in the hot springs and geysers. I really like the coolness of this view with the subtle blues and the clean whites. Having the rising mist partially obscuring the upper parts adds a fine touch of dreaminess.

Lovely colors and "cloudy" feel. My one suggestion would be to include the full edge of the pool on the left. It feels too abrupt, and the slice on the bottom half too close to the edge.
I agree about the choice of subject - this is what Yellowstone is unique for. Most grand landscapes in Yellowstones you can see in many other places too.

A fine abstract, Eva. I agree with Albert about including the left edge of the travertine deposit. I think you could also crop from the top to a point just above the prominent spit on the right. The color and processing look very nice.

Certainly different than the Blue Lagoon. Wouldn't want to make that mistake. Lovely abstract, Eva. I would also vote for losing the dark edge at the btm left.

You did a wonderful job with your abstracts during your Yellowstone trip, Eva. I like the color combination of white and blue in this scene and the rising steam is a nice touch. My only suggestion would be a bit more room on the left so the white edge of the mineral deposits was not cut off. Just a thought.
