A fabulous sky draws your eye toward the strong line of eroding mesa. Love it in B & W.

The comp, leading lines, lighting and processing in b/w makes the foreground seem to float up to the sky. This is special. Well done!

Wonderful range in tones - the buttes have a silky smoothness to them. Low angle sun on the cliffs shows off the textures. Your processing of the image has brought out a 3-D feel to the sky.Not much to suggest from me on improving - looks great to me.

Great processing here, the clouds are a big plus, but whatever you are doing in PP is certainly working....

Gary, the left to right eye movement here following both the monuments and those awesome clouds is is wonderful. Because of all the subtle tones in the buttes, I'm wondering how reducing the contrast in the top left of the sky would look. Love the 3D waffle pattern in the clouds.

Very nice, Gary. The cloud formations and framing really pull my eye through the frame. Processing looks great.

I'd say you came back with at least one keeper. Interesting landscape, wonderful texture and great clouds really make this one sing. Great processing as well.

Very nice to see how this eroding ridge is accompanied or even counterpointed by the clouds both in direction and in 'crumbling'. Great spectrum of tones. I only would have liked to see a tiny bit more in the llc. But that is very minor, beautiful image.

Amazing sky Gary. It really does give the image a 3D appearance. Wonderful tones and textures on the buttes.
