The mist is very nice, and the different verticals make for a nice pattern. But I must say I prefer your winter shots over this, mostly because I absolutely despise this season with muddy brown ground showing up mixed with old and ugly snow. I just want the snow to be gone instantly once it is time for spring, haha. I do think I would crop out the out of focus tree to the left, btw.

I like this Albert. The snow and fog make for a ghostly, evocative atmosphere. I agree with Roel about cropping out the oof tree on the far left.

Albert, I agree with the others about that left side tree but otherwise this works very nice for me. It has a late winter mood that I always seem to enjoy. That combination of warmer weather and fog at this time of year is always interesting for me and that is what this shows. Our snow is totally gone for now but we will see what we get yet through March.

Really enjoy the vertical lines of the trees within the mist and how they contrast with the isolated islands of leaves becoming visible through the melting snow. Nicely done, Albert. One can feel the damp and the cold but the warmth of spring just around the corner.

Very nice moody feeling to the fog and the vertical trees. I like the areas with the leaves below the trees as it add some diversity to the image tonality. Yes, the tree on the left needs to go. Otherwise a very well done image

Nice shot highlighting the changing season. A little busy, but the fog helps in that regard.

Hi Albert,
This really does have a cold, almost damp mood where one gets the feeling the season might be in transition? Leftover snow and then a little melting, perhaps some rain to bring on the fog and mist. Not a "happy" image, but one that works very well in telling a story.
I agree with the tree on the left. Not so much that it's there, but because it's so soft and oof. I like the cropped version.

The cropped version works very well, Albert. I like the visual tension of the vertical trees in this horizontal format and the light fog creates a nice mood for the image.
