Interesting in that at first view this doesn't yell, "I'm an IR shot.", Roel. Spending longer and noticing that all the foliage is white makes it clear that the trees and ground are not snow covered and that's when the, What's going on here." thoughts kick in. The "nearly real" look works very well at adding and keeping interest in a good looking scene.

Cool (in more ways than one) scene. I might be tempted to take this one B&W and boost the contrast a bit and see where it takes me. Sweet meadow scene!

Awesome! I had the exact same reaction as Mark! A frigid, frosty scene, right??? The silvery blue tones are different, but in a beautiful way. Knowing now this is IR, it's almost a let down! But it's all good, I'm really loving this one.
The only suggestion I have would be to correct the keystoning, especially the tree on the left. Probably something only a photog would notice and comment on though.

Very nice and otherworldly perspective. Looks cold but hard to tell with IR. I shot IR color film once but it is very different from digital.

Roel,
Excellent capture. Infrared really working in this image invoking a feeling of cold. I see the keystoning that Lon mentions but judging from the trees in the background center, I also think it would benefit from a bit of clockwise rotation.

Roel, a truly neat look to this image as a result of the IR usage. Always nice to try different things like this approach. The keystone look of the left tree is an item I would work on, but otherwise a solid image overall.

This is so cool looking, Roel. I too thought that this was a frosty cool meadow scene when first clicking on the thumbnail. My only suggestion would be the already mentioned correction of the keystoning. I like what you came away with here; very different.

This is truly beautiful, Roel. I know from my own experience that getting pleasant colors in IR is very difficult. You really pulled it off!! And the composition is also very appealing. I would not change a thing!
