I am glad you out enjoying the snow, Albert. This one doesn't have quite the same impact for me as the isolated plants in the snow, but I can see where you're going with this. I think my suggestion would be to clone the misc bits, particularly on the right side and also the weeds poking in from the top left. Other than that a very interesting image. I'm heading to Idaho in the morning so I'm sure I'll have a shot at some snow images.

Very creative, Albert. This looks like a pair of eyes looking back at the viewer. I also like the fact that you were able to keep some texture in the snow. I agree with Gary about cloning out some misc. weeds.

Wonderful Albert! I love that you chose to leave this in color instead of converting to B&W; that little spark of color makes all the difference in the world in impact. As for a critique, I do wish it had a little more room on the right. I'm afraid I would have to disagree on the cloning suggestions - for me, the plants make the image have the degree of impact it does.

This is an interesting one. It does looks a lot like eyes and is an unusual comp that holds my attention. I would agree with Gary that your prior post captivated me more, but I like this one too. I would agree about cloning out the bits along the top left edge.

Albert, two thumbs up on "winter Dance" but I must admit this one's not quite doing it for me.

I like your take on this, although I think I would prefer more snow above the water than below.

Albert,
My thoughts are similar to the other comments. The water and break in the snow really does look like a set of eyes, which is pretty cool. for me though, with absolutely no detail in the bottom half of the frame, it just doesn't have the impact. The saving grace is using the gray background to frame this.
Well seen, just too much snowy real estate at the bottom for me.

HI Alberto,
I like how this image looks like a face looking at me, and i am liking the minimalist approach in this capture. Overall, I find this image interesting, and I think it can work for some, and not for others.
Interesting work

Albert, I think it was a good vision on your part making this image. It does make one think of eyes looking back at you and that is pretty cool. I pretty much agree with the other thoughts on this one and go along with the cloning suggestions.

Albert, I think your pond is winking at you. A fine minimalist view enhanced nicely by the scattered plants. I agree about cloning out those bits at the very left edge.
