Me too, Roel! This is a great catch, very well seen, with the swirls of color where the reds/browns are set off well by the scattered blues. The suset looks good to, but I like the abstract better.

Wonderful capture Roel, a nicely balanced abstract. Would like to see a version with a rock or a floating leaf so next time toss one in the water at a third point!

I am another fan of wave reflections, so I appreciate this abstract too, Roel. You have captured some fascinating patterns of the reflecting contrasting colors, and on a larger compositional level, the diagonal composition works very well, too. I can almost feel the undulating motion of the waves.

The beauty and genius of a work of art may be reconceived, though its first material expression be destroyed; a vanished harmony may yet again inspire the composer; but when the last individual of a race of living beings breathes no more, another heaven and another earth must pass before such a one can be again. Vice nice abstract, the water gives some very smooth patterns. It's really beautiful, I like it. Often, I'll stop to look at that when I walk along a river and I don't think to take a picture. I like your sunset but if I had select only one, I'd take the "Conflicting colors". Nice work.

Saturated but pleasurable colours, good play of lines and water volume.
Very good abstract-and-natural, excellent for my tastes.
all the best,

Love the shapes and colors. Beautiful abstract image. If this were mine I would like to have it a tad brighter

I think it was Homer that once compared the Aegean to the color of wine. This image clearly shows how right he was.
