Not a very spectacular photo, but I liked the parallel diagonals in this scene. Taken in my favorite old-growth forest on one of those drizzly days.

f/16, ISO 100, 5 s, 39 mm.

C&C welcome, large version included.

The zigging lines are working for me, along with the wide range of greens in the image. Very minor, but I might burn down the tree trunk at the very back right?

Really like the zig zag pattern of the moss covered logs which walk the eye back into your composition so very well.  Wonderful detail throughout.  The white areas on the water in the back (ice???) are a bit of an eye catcher; wonder if a little burning or use of Tony Kuyper's triple play would be useful to bring down the brightness and maybe provide some details in the ice, and even in some of the brighter leaves.  A very minor suggestion though as this is a very nice intimate landscape.

I too really like the diagonals and vibrant greens of the rain forest. The yellow leaves add interest to the scene.  I agree with Vance on burning down the bright spot on the water.

Wonderful comp Roel of a green, natural zig-zag. That foreground log's mantle is particularly interesting and would be a great place to investigate macro comps. I like that I can see to the bottom of the water in the FG and the perfectly spaced sprinkling of yellow leaves throughout the image which helps tie everything together.

I think this is really well seen, Roel.   I love the detail in the mosses and logs.  I agree with Vance about the ice/snow, but a very worthy composition.

I really like the composition, and also the many shades of green - wonderfully seen!

Great comp. It just walks my eye right through the scene in the most pleasant fashion.
