Thank you for all the helpful comments and suggestions on my previous post.

I captured this image in the Sierra backcountry after the clouds began to dissipate from a strong monsoonal storm in early September. I utilized a 6 stop ND filter to smooth the chop in the lake and convey the movement in the clouds. Appreciate any comments and/or suggestions on how to improve.

So beautiful, Dave.  The lighting is wonderful.  Perfect in every way, for sure!  I can see this on a calendar.

Another outstanding image, Dave. This has a rugged beauty to it and the six stops of ND has created some lovely movement in the clouds. No suggestions from me other than making a large print. Great light BTW.

I love this, Dave! I really have no critique to offer, so I'll talk about what I like. The red, green and blue color palette is great, reflections in the water, the motion imparted by the use of the ND, and of course, that it's the Sierra.

Beautiful capture, Dave.  I prefer this one over your previous one, in fact.  Try as I might, I see no flaws at all.  Excellent photography.

Not as dramatic as your last shot, but I actually like this one better. I'm a sucker for long exposure effects like the cloud patterns and the water glow. Well done.

What a great view. The oranges, greens, and blues work very well together. The details in the greenery in the foreground look quite nice - maybe a slightly lower camera position could have emphasized these a little more. But this is excellent as presented.

Gorgeous Dave!  It's always a pleasure and experience viewing your captures of the Sierra - and elsewhere!  The warm light is of course beautiful on the peaks and I also like the mix of warm and cool colors.  Excellent comp with the greenery at the bottom.

No nits or suggestions.  Thanks for continuing to share these images with us!

Another sweet image from the high country! I appreciate you taking me there, now that I can't go myself! I might back off the foreground greens a touch, but minor stuff. Looks great.

Looks great, Dave!  Your smoothing of the water does a fine job of letting the subtleties in the reflections show.
