Another fine image of this dramatic location, Gary. B&W processing looks great, as usual.

I like the receding contours that lead my eye from the foreground to the background formations. Beautiful composition that really sings with your presentation.

Lovely texture ! The badlands appear to be made of silver. B&W fits light and scene perfectly, I think

This beautiful B&W is desolate looking, but inviting at the same time, Gary. The rich range of tones is superb and you always seem to be able to capture some drama laden clouds to finish off the landscape perfectly. Great image.

Another wonderful image from here, Gary. Great composition and those clouds add the perfect touch. Perfect b&w processing as usual. All of these recent images look like they would make some great prints. Nice work!

You continue to hit these B&W images out of the park Gary. I especially like the S curves in the foreground which are a great lead in. Wonderful tonal range and contrast.

Gary:
When I look at images such as yours, with so much detail to feast one's eyes upon I truly wish we could have the experience of the large fine print. As a Once upon a time Geologist I find the large caprock blocks now lying in the valley especially interesting. A great capture and expression, a great area to fully explore.
Best regards: Tom

Looks like a fabulous place to explore and photograph, Gary. You've got fine front to back eye movement with the valley coming in from the left, the erosion fingers pointing in, and the those great pillars/buttes for the horizon. The cloud shapes complement the land very well.

A beautiful B&W rendering of this mysterious place. I feel like I've been there or a dozen similar places almost as nice.

Gary, looks like you found a nice photogenic location. I like the center formation with its caprocks, and the different tones of the clay fingers from the right.
