I was merely there, a small, puny, awestruck man, praising Almighty God, with camera in hand.
Make a few images, well.

I am really enjoying the layers, depth and eerie mood created by the smoke. Cool (or warm, as the case may be) image.

Love the subtle layers and the atmosphereic conditions are perfect for this kind of image. Nothing screaming here, but certainly the whisper says it all. Very nice, Vance.

Love the graphic quality of this Vance and there really isn't a need for detail given the subject and lighting. Even the default gray background frame fits perfectly.

Mood came to my mind as well Vance. So many of these have blue tones, which are nice, but I like the wamer view here too.

Most excellent Vance. I like that these layers are different tones of the same warm hues. And each layer is different. The wide format is right for this composition, as is the choice of color for the frame. Nice job.

I like the effect of the smoke on creating great layering. It maybe feels a bit soft in overall contrast. While that is probably accurate for what was there, it seems like there may be more room for this to develop artistically.

It's a wonderfully gentle view, Vance. I love all the layers and how you must look carefully to see everything. The soft orange in the sky makes this very inviting. The pano format is perfect and the new 1600 px format really shows it off well.

Mysterious is the right word, Vance! This is excellent, I really enjoy all the layers and the misty atmosphere. Can't think of anything wrong with this one.
