Very broody and powerful. It would have been great if you could have found a viewpoint slightly above those olive trees, they plant them in a wonderfully organised fashion yet there shapes are so individual.

Nice shot. I like the colors! The angling hills and the spooky trees also work pretty well. And the processing is also very good, I can imagine the trouble you had with the lingering fog?

BTW, it seems the M&N forum isn't very verbal  I received 129 views on an image I posted yesterday and only 2 comments! It seems people are happy just viewing them!

I love the depth of this shot. The layers keep you looking further and further into the distance...it seems to never end! Great work!

Ooooh, yes! Lovely Tuscan countryside. I like the soft light and the mood here but I fear you've been slightly heavy-handed with your choice of graduated filter. A lighter grad would have helped bring out the sky more.

Thanks for your input. This shot was taken about 30-45 minutes before dawn. The foreground was very dark at the time. The sky too was dark but relative to the land required a light Cokin ND grad which was what I used.

Wow, I am late on this one. Just opened your folder to discover this. I was to Tuscany last year, but nothing I brought home comes close to this one. I even was to San Giminiano and "climbed" the Tower.
I love this. The fog in the valley is great.(Have some foggy morning shots as well, but from "Greve"). Must look awesome as print.
