Great low angle, Sandy, and I love the background and how the coloration of the plover mimics it.

Really cute pose and sweet soft light, Sandy. I like the slightly cocked head and eye contact. As you know these little guys are almost constantly on the move, but luckily like the Black-bellied, they'll occasionally stop and pose for you.

Pleasing high key effect here. Great job on the detail and composition.

Hi Sandy,
No nits from me. I would print this one out and hang it up for everyone to see. High key and that limited DOF plus a very cooperative plover make this one a wonderful image...........................Jim

Hi Sandy
Nice low angle and head turn. I like the way the Plover stand out from the back-ground.

I really like this sort of high key scene, Sandy! Great job of managing the exposure with all that white. The texture and detail in the white plumage is well preserved. I love that big eye. It seems so large in relation to the bird. Nice image!
