Happy birthday ..dear grass yellow....

thought I should include the complete leaf on the left ..and then I thought it should be a vertical image....
No let up in the rains, here and we some time get a small window of clear sky in the morning, and tons of butterflies emerge ..

What a neat catch to find this lovely bf so newly emerged, Balan. It's colors stand out well from the dark surroundings. I agree with including the full leaf that it was attached to. I think cropping out the stem and extra leaf on the right would be a good improvement.

Hi Balan,

Nice looking freshly emerged butterfly. You could crop out the leaf and stem on the RH side to strengthen the comp. Well done...................Jim

This is really neat, Balan! I think the shot is really nice, but the crop would probably improve it even more.

Excellent detail and colours. I agree with leaving the left leaf, but perhaps a little more room there?
I'd also consider cloning out the right lower red branch..
Very nice image!

I agree with the cropping suggested. Very nicely made and well timed emergence.

Perfect new life, beautiful yellow again a dark background. Good title too. Very nice, Balan.

Awesome catch or extreme patience on your part! devil

Happy Birthday, indeed crying

I might have cropped right up to the vertical stem on the right and just kept everything from the stem to the left. The right side of the photo doesn't really seem crucial to the photo, IMO.
