I like the wing position and the detail in the Great Egret looks good, Peter.  Nice bg as well.  On my monitor, it looks like you could bring the brightness up a bit.

Good wing position and sharpness in the eye.  I like the green background and wonder how it would look without the sky.  A fine flight shot.

The light is very nice on this image.  Looks like it was shot late afternoon.  I like the warmth.  This is well exposed with good detail.  I just had my first opportunity to spend some quality time with a Great Egret and I really appreciate the level of skill it takes to get the correct exposure and processing.  You really have this down.

With respect to the other comments on brightness, I sit in a fairly dark room and my monitor is calibrated.  I don't find it too dark but you could post a slightly brighter image and I could tell you which one I preferred.

Peter, an excellent flight shot of a difficult to get right, subject. I am seeing a blue cast on the upper wings and part of the right wing in the feathers. I don't think brightness is particularly a problem, but you might try adjusting the WB up about ten to fifteen percent.
