I took this a few days ago in my flower garden. I used the Canon Mark II, with Canon 100mm L Macro Lens, with KX-800 twin flash and diffuser, set at f16, 1/125, ISO 200, handheld. Comments and critiques are welcome.

The colors are amazing Shirley. Reds are really tough to keep from blowing out. The detail in the core is also really sharp. Nice balance and composition overall.

Excellent detail, Shirley, and a well balanced composition overall ( though I might go for a shade more room at the bottom ). Agree with Ed about the control of the reds - very well handled.

That's certainly a blast of color, Shirley. I agree with Ian about just a touch more room on the bottom. Superb detail and dof.

Well composed and good control of the colors. My one teeny nit is the green triangle in the URC. Really good as is, though.
