This is another from Yosemite and the water picking up some light bounced off the big walls.

I really like the 'brush stroke' textures, Harley. The darker and brighter diagonal areas, along with the various colors give this a nice balance. The processing looks real nice. Well done!

This looks great, Harley. The light and reflected colors are wonderful along with some very nice texture. It does make one thing of brush strokes as Preston mentioned. Cool image!

Hi Harley, very much like this image - composition is right on the mark and the colour palette is wonderful ... very nice!

Harley,

I really like the flow here and also the ridge and valley from top to bottom the river creates flowing over the rocks beneath.  The warm, reflected color is very nice combined with the whiteness of the churning water. Very calming too.

Hard to find anything to be critical of and it may not be fair to compare to your other image, "Liquid Gold," but at least to my eye this one seems a little softer and less brilliant than the other. Maybe that's the intent and of course we're at the subjective personal choice level, so can't call it a nit, but a preference.  Perhaps a slight boost in contrast?  I dunno.

Very impressive work here, Harley. I like this one as it's presented and see no thoughts for change at all. Colors, composition, and textures all work on this one...... laugh

This is like Liquid Gold but considerably better IMO. It's less literal, more impressionistic, and has a stronger composition. Again I see this as more of an abstract than a representation of water. I really like the curved sweeping lines going from side to side. The left have of the image is particularly attractive to me although the opposite side holds up well. My only suggestion is to darken that light area in the dark 'furrow' in the center right. It kind of throws itself at you. Great work, Harley.

I like which you did here compared to the other image which is similar.  This has a little more centering with the wave in the middle of the image.  I think it draws one in a little better because of the location of the center wave going through the whole image.  Colors and textures are wonderful.

The glow and the sense of motion look great, Harley.  Given my penchant for "seeing things" in abstracts, I see Yosemite Sam sideways along the top....frown

This is really sweet Harley.  I love how the white water looks like small heads, trailing long wispy hair.  I wish all of the wispy strands were included like the one on top.  That is such a small nit and more esoteric than anything.  Outstanding  water abstract.  Love it.

Another fine image because of the light, color and superb water texture, Harley. Exposure is spot on for the color and contrast, even the whites.  Beautifully captured.

Another beauty. I really like this SS which is a bit dreamy but retains the movement of the water. The warm highlights are gorgeous. Processing looks fine to me.
Such I nice comp., I hope you experimented with some different shutter speeds...

I really like the combination of color and texture.  You have a great eye for these kind of scenes.
