Hope, and life, springs eternal even in mid Fall in New England. With little rain, the fungi are growing rampant everywhere! Little, bg and everything in between. This guy is using fallen leaves a s camoflage.

Lori: Great find and a neat little scene. I would like a bit more DOF so that the entire mushroom was sharp but this is still very nicely captured and presented. >=))>

I love intimate leafscapes and this is a nice one Lori.  The shroom adds a nice element and the mixed colors and textures provide a very pleasant viewing experience.
