Picking Peaches

Gallery: Weekly ChallengePosted August 23, 2015172 views4 comments

This shot was pure serindipity.  I was out shooting birds by the docks in Florence, came upon this stand, and recalled that a future weekly challenge was Farmer's Markets.  I took several shots, but for me, the hand reaching for the ripe peach made the shot.

I agree Alan. Seems to make for a bit of action to a bit normal static scene.

Yes, Allen, that hand says it all.   Does a fine job of adding involvement.  The slightly softs baskets of colored tomatoes also help tell the story while keeping attention focused on the peaches and hand.

Neat shot that 'injects' the human element. If it was me there would be two handssad

And I agree with Mark, the OOF baskets of tomato down front add some great interest & color variation..

Well donedevil

The human touch adds a lot in food photos.  Color is good here.  Not oversaturated.
