Like the way the subtle distant light pulls me in

Beautiful, Jerry. Nicely composed with the angled stream, no blank sky, and arching branches, and I like the light and conveyed mood.

Jerry!
Very nice moody wet day, especially in the larger image one can feast on the myriad of forest textures and tones. Indeed the mists downstream lead the eye.
Cheers. Tom

Jerry, This is very nice! I like your comp and absolutely love the mood. As mentioned the fog / mist in the background really draws one in. Nice work capturing this beautiful stream in these wonderful conditions.

Hi Jerry,
This is a soothing image to take in, and I like how went about composing this scene. As some others have mentioned, the comp and elements draw the viewer into the image beautifully. I am really enjoying this image, very nice.

This image really has me counting down the days until spring in the Smokies. It won't be long now. I like the comp as well as those nice greens. I might recommend opening up the deepest of the shadows a tad - not too much, but just a little.
