I believe this is a Mexican Fan Palm, but I'm not sure.

Slim chances of photography on a sunny day led to this.

What ever it is, you've sure spread it well throughout the frame here, Sanjay and the back lighting shows off the details wonderfully. The dark to light transition across the frame adds a fine touch of eye movement.
