I wanted to try something a bit different. Taken this week at a local state forest. Sony a77 Mark II, Auto mode, ISO 100 at 1 sec. Comments and suggestions always welcome and thanks for viewing.

Cool effect, Jim, and different it is. Looks like there is a third dimension to the image. Very creative and nicely done!

Looks like the captain just ordered warp speed right through the forest! I get the sensation of motion as well as 3-D.

Wow ! Very spectacular, explosive effect, Jim, with nice variations in the light. Just wonder whether the trunk being centred could look even stronger, but maybe the spread of leaves didn't bear that. Anyway, I like it !!!

Those are some "falling" leaves, Jim. This works very well and creates a fine impression of fall. As a very minor nit, I think it might be worth burning in that one brightest area near the ulc to let a little more of the branch structure show. Excellent creative envisioning.
