Lately I haven't had much time to participate here. Here's my most recent image. Last thrusday and friday I drove to the french part of the Jura Mountains and this area has a lot of gorges and waterfalls and the landscape is wild and rugged. This is Cascade des tuff near Arbois, France.

Hi Bill, I love this image! The light is wonderful and that falls is amazing to see with all the green leaves and moss surrounding it. A beautiful place and you captured it perfectly! :toast:
I haven't had much time on here lately myself.

Love the green colors here, Roland, especially in the larger version and fine "fairy" flow action in the falls. I do find myself wanting to see the top of that cascade coming in at the top (or cropping down a bit). With some scrolling up and down, I think that the sharp rock step just below the frame is catching my attention and that cropping it out removes a minor distraction on a gorgeous image.

@Bruce King: Yes, this is a single exposure but double processed in LR and then manually blended in Photoshop

Hi Bill, this reminds me of Plitvice. Looks like the same mechanisms are at work here. The large version is a must, it really puts me there. The water looks particularly nice, not only the falls but also the clear pool in the fg.

Thanks also to Thomas miller and Dietrich Gloger for your feedback and comment.
Dietrich, that's what I thought when I saw this falls for the first time: looks like Plitvice...though never been to Plitvice, I saw many image from you and Andreas Resch
