Only 18 days and we will be back in Ruaha, James Blue will be joining us for what will be our last trip to Kwihala as it is (it is expected to be turned into yet another luxury camp, just what we need

Yo Ken, I'm counting down the days too. Looking forward to kicking off my 10 weeks of safaris with the safari master...you! As for that YB, nice sharp eyes.....cute, but evil at the same time. I'm afraid me and baboons are not best buddies.

The triangular shape of the baboon is a good traditional compositional form. I like the warm light, the interest added by the flower nibbling action and the excellent view of eyes and intense eye contact.

wow! this is all in the eyes for me the colors of them really contrast with the rest of the image. awesome pose and clarity!

Decent baboon potrait Ken. I'm afarid I hate them though. Won't even sully my camera with a photo of one.

I love Baboons, they are such great "models" in particular the youngsters
