White tiger ?

White tigers in the wild are very rare, but in captive management situations they are much more common. The question is raised do they have value in conservation programs? Some argue that these color oddities bring attention to the need for conserving wild tigers, others since most white tigers have questionable genetics, believe they have no place in tiger conservation and are taking space needed for tigers or other large wild felines in facilities.

That's an interested topic. Sometimes the rare animals become the symbol of conservation, like the Spirit Bear. However, if white tigers are just freaks created by us humans (through breeding) then they shouldn't be involved in wild tiger conservation.

Either way, a beautiful creature.
