A Fall Composition

Like the last submit, this is a garden intimate with a composition of a leaf hand-picked and placed among the garden greenery. I liked how the shapes of the ferns, leaves and such interacted with the elaborate shape and color of the Japanese maple leaf.

The colors are simply superb, Ken. Your garden must have the best ferns. They all look so perfect. Nicely arranged and very well taken.

Beautiful comp. Love all the assorted greens. I might cut back a tad on the maple leaf saturation for more detail. :toast:

I'll have to use Bill's "eye candy" for this Ken. Superb comp, rich color and great clarity and image depth.

Ken - Just superb  - I really like the Fern Arch that is used to frame the Japanese Maple Leaf.

Wonderful textures and such gorgeous, rich colors. That leaf really pops with all the greens around it. Nice idea and very well done.

I love it Ken. I think 'rich' is the right word.

Ken: Great color palette. I prefer the first shot you posted since the leaf is not as prominent. It dominates this frame so much that for me it is almost overpowering. Still, it is arresting and I would certainly not pass this scene by. Nicely done.>=))>

Ken the colors in this are simply amazing.  I love the saturation point you have selected.  Work of art.
