In the south of Sri Lanka we visited the rain forest of Sinharaja. A beautiful patch of forest in between the tea plantations with loads of endemic species. This flower was growing there abundantly.

Beautifully posed on a nicely graded bg, Ellen, this is a truly lovely, delicate flower. I like the space you've given it at the top - the oof ?fern there frames it very well. The flowers do look a touch soft on my screen - but I'm guessing you wanted that softness for this particular subject.

Ellen - Seems to be some kind of Basil/Coleus/Sage kind of plant. Very clean take on this and the only thing I might revisit is to see if something can be done to the leaf bit touching the bottom edge left of center and the right bottom corner.
