Really nice. Love your choice of dof to make that nice glow around the center. :toast:

Well done, Chris. I like the chosen DOF, and the centered comp works well. :toast:

Nice way to show off the symmetry Chris, while also showing that some of the bloom is just not symmetrical. Very pretty.

Chris:
A very dynamic image with just the right DOF. :toast:

You may want to experiment with applying a radial blur filter on this to see if it increases the sense of movement in this image? (if you are stuck at home by the snow and have nothing else better to do).

I like this straight-on Clematis shot, Chris. What a beautiful variety of colors! Good DOF on the center with nicely soft petals.

As suggested by Gary, I am posting a new version with saturation increased and a radial blur filter. It spins my head.

Chris:
You crack me up with your re-post. Looks like a helicopter

Actually I was thinking of slight radial blur applied only to the petals but keeping the center untouched.

BTW I added + repost to the title to let other know you have added a new image.
