Cape Breton Storm Light

Captured in October 2010 in Louisbourg, Cape Breton Island, Nova Scotia during Canada's Thanksgiving weekend. Guess I love these kinda scenes but not sure many will appreciate it and less so the music I love to hear when I come here. It is light like this that makes me go back to this place year after year as well as the Celtic Music Festival.

Truly beautiful light and energy. I love the contrast between the cotton batting clouds and the richly detailed rocks.

I haven't been to Nova Scotia but the golden light on the rugged looking coastal rocks certainly appeal.

The light on those rocks is gorgeous, Eva, not to mention the dynamic clouds. Incredibly rugged coast that I imagine one could spend a lifetime exploring. I can see way you love it so.

I agree with all the other comments, Eva. This is very nice. That is really a rugged looking coastline and I can see why you would be drawn to it. Happy Thanksgiving to you as well.
