I haven't shot any subjects lately without the 'hand of man' so I thought I would post something from awhile ago. This was taken in The Lakes Region of New Hampshire at a local hiking area. I was drawn to the reflections in the water and the subdued lighting. Comments and critiques are welcome!

A nice simple scene, and very green! This is better large, although it could be sharpened a bit more.

Wow! So simple yet beautiful and compelling, very nice indeed Tonia!

Don't know too much about landscape photography, but reading Raymond's remark I too think this could look even better with some (more?) sharpening applied.

Love the greens, Tonia, and the graceful arcs of the trees along the shoreline. The 50:50 split in your composition works well. Nicely done.

Really nice, Tonia. I really like the touch added by the bare trunks reaching out over the water. Great little bonus to a very pretty scene.

What a beautiful scene. I love the greens and that reflection is awesome! Very pleasing feel you captured. I think the small ripples in the water add a very nice touch to the reflection.

That is a lot of green. And I really like it for that! Light looks perfect and creates a good atmosphere.
