Happy Thanksgiving Week

I took this in CO at the end of October and processed it in Nik HDR with only 2 exposures. What do you all think? I would like your C & C. Thank You.

This is nice Cindy. Does not look like you have lost anything on either end and it does not appear to be over done as I notice with some HDR. It would be nice to see a larger version as it is somewhat small on my monitor.

I think the snow is nice to create additional texture and separation in the elements. Comp-wise, the hard line in the middle seems a bit unnatural and maybe draws my eyes somewhat.

Thanks for all your comments. Tony the curve or line that you see is the road that bends around the corner.

Cindy,
Beautiful scenery. I think the "HDR" is still a bit visible, especially on the edges of the mountain and trees. But still very subtle. Composition wise, maybe getting closer to the small fall midday through the river would have made a stronger composition, but still it's a wonderful image. :toast:

Hey Cindy. I also think getting closer to the fall as a main subject would improve this. The foreground as it is now is a bit too busy. I like the snow in the scene. It helps the shot a lot.
