This lily of the valley was taken after a spring shower.
I like how the droplet covers the flower, it reminds me a glass bell.

Thanks for viewing.
C&C are very welcome.

It does indeed look like a glass bell. Well seen and captured Monica.

Well seen, Monica. The main subject very interesting. Might have been great to have gone closer to the main subject

Thanks Bob and Ram.
Ram, I have one more closer, but I liked this little bell in the middle of the leaves. Thanks for your suggestion.

Nice focal point, Monica. The LOTV does look like a glass bell. Hope you took some images from a different angle as well as this one. I wonder what this would have looked like taken as seen more from the left.
Regards,
Carol
PS Really like the cropped version, Monica.

Love the sparkles Monica and the detail. I might consider a slight crop up from the bottom to 7:5 just to better emphasize the bell and eliminate what I consider the only dull part of the image. Beautiful image as posted.

Great to have observed this in the first place. It brings to mind a chrystal paper weight. You have a hit here Monika.

Creative composition - the repost is far superior to the original image.

Well seen, Monica. Yet IMHO you should have gone closer or used a longer lens with ET
Anyway the repost is better by far !

Monica, this is a very well seen image. I like the way the main leaf and the drops of water lead the eye to the main subject. At first I thought a crop from the top might look nice, but after looking at the image for a while I don't think the crop would add to the image.

My first thought without reading your comments or others was of a glass bell. Excellent dof and pof for this expression.

Monica:
Beautiful glass bell. The repost is better although I like the appearance of the drops on the edge of the sharply sloping leaf like near the edge of a precipice. Good find and excellent photography.

Love this, it's a unique image Monica.
Great interest with the unusual bell shaped water that covers the flower of course..
The comp makes one feel like they're on a journey into the wonderful & mysterious land of macro
Very nice, great eye for the shot!
