Just seems like the kind of place they would live if they were around.

Comments and critiques always welcome, and thanks for looking,

Morris

Excellent mood Morris! Love the mist and jagged mountains. BTW - I think I see a dragon lurking in the shadows in the bottom right.

Great title and very fitting. The ruggedness and the fog provide a sense of wonder. Love the spattering of color and the overall atmospheric conditions Morris.

Morris, I'm not sure how this wonderful image crept into the gallery when my back was turned. The mist is awesome and best of all I love the shades of purples and lavenders in contrast the the trees.

Great job.

Regards,

Carol

Wonderful evocative image Morris! Being a big fantasy fan, I can definitely picture a dragon dwelling in this place! Would love to see this larger! :toast:

I always like a foggy grand vista. I see by checking your gallery I've missed your recent landscape images. Not suprising since my attention is often sporadic. I like this one best of your most recent. the earthy tones and details are great I only wish I could see it larger. Well done.

A consistent composition and perfect processing to my eye, Morris. The mist makes it really special for me. I enjoy exploring all the details. You lead me trough the image in a pleasant way.

Perfect title, though dragons would probably prefer lava to snow. Nice light.

Morris,

Tony apparently does not know of the rare Mountain dwelling Ice dragons. Who breathes flames or freezing ice. The typically live in deep mountaintop caves or inside the crevasses of glaciers. Definitely there be dragon's here, this is their breath concealing their domain and dwellings. Advance if you dare, and never, never look into the eyes.

Very rugged and really nice atmospherics Morris.

Paul

Looks kinda spooky Morris, perfect location for the next installment of the Rings. Looks like the color is happening up high. Gotta make it up there as soon as the moving boxes are empty.

A beautiful capture, Morris. Sure has a wonderfully mystical mood to it with all that cloud and rugged terrain. I can almost hear the dragon calls echoing in the distance.

Lovely rendition of this spectacular scene. And an apt title to go along with it.

Really nice work, Morris.

The contrast between the jagged mountains and the low clouds really speaks to the viewer, Morris. Mountain majesty.
