The intent look of the Kite is great Sandy, also like the dynamic wing position. Excellent capture.

Sandy, Wonderful image of this bird. The colors of the background enhance the image of the Kite. I like the pose and the red eye. It is a pleasure to see your images.

Very nice capture Sandy. This is on my wish list in the coming years. Did you go out shooting with Ron in his boat?? Very nice dynamic image. It might be my monitor but the coloring looks a little bit red to me. Beautiful capture Sandy.

I really like the pose of this Kite you captured Sandy. great decision on timing and colors look good and natural. I am surprised on the DOF you got from shooting wide open. Was this a fairly large crop?

Yes, a very large crop. I'm actually surprised at the detail after the crop..
Most of the kites were in the air, so I was wide open to get as fast a shutter speed as possible.
