Wish there weren't so many gas bubbles on the surface of the water, but just too many to attempt to clone out. Liked the pose and this is about as close to one of these guys as I have ever been able to get

Really nice background. In the thumbnail I thought the bright spots were droplets in the air. The temp is okay on my monitor, though overall the bird and stump seem a tick dark.

I really like the comp Bob and the bird is sharp. The bubbles do distract a bit as you say, but still a nice image.
