Who You Calling a Pig?!?

Subject: Pig-Tailed Macaque
Location: Kinabatangan River, Sukau, Sabah, Malaysian Borneo
Situation: While searching for more colourful species of birds along one of the tributaries of the main river, we came across another troop of Macaques, though these were of the Pig-Tailed variety that differ from the Long-Tailed, who came across a day or two before, for one main reason that should be sufficiently apparent from their respective names without need of further explanation from me ;^)
What an inconsiderate choice of name given to this one though; aside from a Pig, who else would find this an endearing name to be known by, even in part? ;^p
Macaques are usually far from my favourite species of Monkey, but watching the antics of some of these out in the wilds of their natural habitat, compared to the ill-behaved Macaques I've gotten used to seeing over here in Thailand who've become all too familiar and aggressively assertive with humans, was a much more enjoyable experience.
Thoughts, comments, and suggestions always welcome :^)
