Great scene and lvoely comp. My only suggestion would be to crop off a sliver off the top to get rid off the small burnt out patch of sky (or clone it).

comp seems to work well. big rock and bright spots remain slightly distracting.

Crop off the small top portion as mentioned already - otherwise a fine view in the gorge. Those greens are electric.

I'll agree with the others that the composition works well. Nice take on a familiar scene . . . I've got to get up there myself someday soon. I concur with the suggestions about cropping off the small bright area of sky.

Very special place, Daniel. I like the complexity of the scene and how the water unites the various parts.

I like your choice of composition here as all of the elements work together harmoniously. I would suggest one minor change. The highlighted area above the falls is a little distracting. I think a slight crop from the top would make this even stronger.

Way to go Daniel! Very nice shot. :toast:

I'd just clone out the super small sky section...

Nice one Daniel. It's good to see some new comps from here. I would probably crop out the bit of sky up top, but that's always a personal thing... :toast:

I like the new perspective Daniel. I can't believe that tree fell right across the old comp! As previously noted by others, I'd crop out the sky up top.

Thanks for the comments. I personally feel the composition works better with a little "breathing room" above the falls and the cleft is what's up there. I could clone it out . . .

I think you did well here for sure Daniel, I really do miss the old comp though. This new one just doesn't compete well for me.

Nice comp, gotta love those greens. The water in the FG has a slight green/cyan look to it, but perhaps it's my monitor. I think even with a very small crop at the top you'll have plenty of 'breathing room' above the falls. Cloning is cheating
