Pacific Bleeding Heart + REPOST

There thousands of bunches of these Pacific Bleeding Hearts in the woods out here in Maple Valley, WA but most are drenched and totally beat up by this dreary, wet spring. This group was in better shape than most. I'm not sure if I should soften the pink of another group in the ulc and another in the right center. Also is the green too bright? It was cloudy this morning when I took this shot but the vegetation immediately behind the flowers was fairly bright.

I appreciate any feedback. Thanks for looking!

I like this cluster of these Steve and the curve of the stem. The colors are ok for me but I might either darken the bg or pull some of the yellow out of it. I'd probably de-emphasize the pink in the viewer's ulc by cloning a little more green over it. The image has an appealing mood to it.

Steve:
A nice bunch. I took some these too recently at Regent Park, London.
The colors here are fine. As a personal taste, I would prefer the bg to be a little darker but this is good as it is. The pink in the bg does not pull the eyes away from the blooms.

Hey Steve, very nice comp, good details on the flowers, and green BG looks fine.

Interesting variety. I've never seen them bunched. I like the curving stem and separation from the clean BG.

Steve: I did notice the ULC and would definitely color it in. The rest of the shot is very well done. 2 thumbs up. >=))>

A winner IMHO, I love the detail in the flowers and the arc and fading of the stem. The BG is very complimentary and supportive. It appears to me that a slight OOF pinkish area in the UL corner could be cloned out, a little distracting. (Steve, I am green color blind, so if that area in the UL corner isn't really there, then it's just me.)

I like the overall image Steve but I whole heartedly agree with Pat's comment. This is a very strong image that could be even stronger.

Thanks you everyone for your feedback. Not everyone agreed that I should change the background but I decided I would like it better with it a bit less yellow and not as bright. I also removed the pink group in the ulc.

Thanks for the comments and suggestions!
