Shot this a while back @ Cape San Blas, FL while waiting for sunrise. It was a great morning, and when the sun started clearing the horizon, it REALLY got pretty.

Bill, I like the composition of the silhouette with all its different textures! The sky may be oversaturated, yet it fits in well with the atmosphere. Great work!

Classic palm tree silhouette well executed. The emptiesh left side doesn't do anything for me though. I'd do a square crop just to the right of the "stick". I like the saturated sky.

Very nice, sharp details in the silhouettes and the sky color is fantastic.

Bill, the colors look great in this! I also like the trees and shrubs as subjects. My only nit is the palm seems to be the main interest and it makes this feel so much like a centered comp because of that. Have you tried cropping a bit off the left to position the palm to the left side of the frame?

Yeah, this is sooo baaaddd that I can't wait to see the good stuff. The colors are terrific and details in the silhouettes are spectacular. Just to show how weird I am, I like the tree shape on the very right the best.

What great sharpness against that spectacular sky! Do you have any silhouettes of the species of tree in the bottom right background? It has a really interesting shape that provides a nice contrast to the palms and bolsters the exotic air of this image.

I agree with others who love the great shape of the trees on the lower right. I'd love to get in close and see what they have to offer to a shot like this one. But that's a whole different photo. :) The centered composition isn't my favorite, and I think a square crop would work well - or a shift in camera angle toward the right. Either way, it would remove the distracting stick on the left, and take away some dead space that doesn't do much to add to the image. Great sharp detail, here. This is very pretty, Bill.
