A very characteristic capture, the background really brings it to life! The rather tight crop reduced to the essential elements works well.

Just a little more room up top and this would be outstanding! Probably worth 'extending' the top a bit :toast:

Robert,
great sunset colors and nice pelican silhouette. I agree with Stan about a bit more room on the top. :toast:

Very cool image. I like everything about it. The inclusion of the sun is just terrific. I understand the comments about a bit more head room but I think you're ok (if just barely).

the deep colors and the oof sun work well together with the pelican; I'd favor a touch more room.

Wow! The sun is such a fantastic element in this shot, Robert. I love the perfect silhouette of the bird - and the rich colors in the background are absolutely gorgeous. I agree with the need for just a bit more space at the top - other than that, I wouldn't change a thing. Beautiful!
