I've always wanted to photograph these hills, and I finally got a chance. Was quite busy composing shots. Any nits welcome.

Not so bad at all Ron! That is an awesome sky. The foreground has some nice lines to it, maybe bring them out a bit more with a contrast boost of some type, or find a way to bring more definition to them. Great capture.

I don't remember seeing on image shot from here. The fabulous sky really complements the rolling hills. Great all around.

Fantastic color throughout. Normally I'll comment about 50-50 comps when it comes to sky and land/sea (see, just commented...) but I think the sky and the landscape are in great harmony with this capture. I like how the sky kind of pulls the eye deep in to the landscape bringing those far buttes in to view. No nits from me.

Beautiful image Ron. The colors in the clouds seem to be mirrored by the landforms in the foreground. Really very nice. No 'nits' from me.

Very nice light there. I love the landforms front to back as well. I have to admit I am not keen on the 50/50 but it's a pretty minor nit for me.

I know what you mean by the 50/50 split. I wrestled with it too. But I couldn't bring myself to crop the land or sky, both of which I love.
