Photo taken summer 2009 at Maligne Lake in Jasper National Park. Even though this image was taken in the morning, it was very bright. I like how the patterns (stripes) on his sweater plays with the mountains, but I do not like the hazyness of the scene. If only I got their a little earlier to get sunrise light. Let me know what you think!

Olympus E520
f/8.0
1/250 second
ISO 100

I like this a lot. Somehow the intersection of vertical and horizontal lines work in your favour.

I wish you had gotten a little higher, Jonathan. I think it might have created more effect with the reflections than I'm seeing. The trees on the side are a nice touch and I like how the human character plays in with the scale. I imagine it would be easier to do a scene like this with a shorter subject that doesn't block out the mountains so much.
