Galapagos Coast

Hi everybody,
This was a shot at sunrise of the Galapagos Coast. I woke before 4am two mornings in a row, and walked to this point, which looked promising, but it was overcast both mornings. :frown: Anyway, I tried to make the best of it, and here is the result. I liked how blue/green the ocean is, while the bottom half of the image is nearly B&W... I'll post a B&W conversion too.
A few minutes after this shot, a huge "rogue" wave crashed into this narrow channel, and soaked both me and my camera... For the next day and a half my camera sat in rice and in the sun, meaning I lost countless shots, but at least it started working again. The popup flash no longer pops up, but thats not a big deal!
I am not fully sold on this shot yet, so comments and critiques on processing would be great!

P.S.: PLEASE VIEW LARGE! The FG rocks will not look so underexposed in the larger version... Thanks!

Here is a B&W version. Which is better?

I like the color version. I particularly like the soft colors of the top half and I wonder if cropping a little of the bottom would help.

Color version. The soft green color of the water is wonderful. It almost looks as thought the top half is a color photo and the bottom half is a b&w.
