I'm posting another grasshopper photo. These two are munching down on my okra leaves.

Fabulous action photo. You got the hopperts just right into the frame. Well done Carrie. :toast:

Ooh, the poor leaf is surrounded! Nice depiction of the attack from all sides, with nice focus on both. I also like the yellow antennae. Great find and capture!

The lower one seems a bit bigger... perhaps it's a female, and the upper one is a male?

A grasshopper sandwich? The POV is just perfect. The OOF critter on the underside adds to the illusion of reflection. Well done.

Nice find, Carrie. I like the juxtaposition of the grasshoppers. A minor nit in that the blacks could be lightened just a bit.

Carrie, this is excellent ! perfect dof, comp, and subtle BG. I'd suggest using the highlight/shadow tool in CS3 if you have it, to slightly tone down the brightest areas to even further strengthen the image.
Congrats on the EP!!

Excellent capture! You were lucky to catch a hopper on each side for the photo - but it doesn't look like your okra was so lucky!! Congrats on the EP!! :toast:
