Red Rose

The rose was sitting on an end table my living room table. It was photographed with the available light coming from a nearby window as the sun was beginning to set. I used a Nikon FM manual film camera and 35mm lens that includes a macro focus setting. This photograph was only slightly modified in lightness, contrast, and intensity. It has not been cropped. I believe it to be one of my strongest flower shots because it shows the beauty, texture, and depth of a rose.
